Returns & Exchanges

• Submit a request within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Ensure tags are intact and upload an image of the product with original packaging via the form below.

• We will not process requests if tags are removed.

Exchange Process

• Re-pack the product securely.

• We will schedule a pickup within 3–5 business days after email confirmation.

• Once picked up, the exchange will be shipped within 3 business days.

Refunds

• Processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Prepaid Orders:

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

• Refund excludes shipping charges.

• You may:

  • Use pre-paid courier (no reverse shipping fee).

  • Or opt for reverse pickup and receive a refund via bank, card, or wallet options.
